Runner’s World Half and Festival

The weekend stars off with the Alta Trail Run, and the rest is followed by fun festivities hosted by the magazine. There are runs, hikes and a half marathon. 7 Sisters Trail Race

This 12-mile out-and-back race on is a very technical trail with single-track trails winds that go along the ridge of the Mt. Holyoke Range. Including 3,500 feet of elevation gain, it’s considered to be one of the hardest trail race in the Northeast. If that doesn’t move, you proceed from the race benefit the Friends of the Mt. Holyoke Range.
